Esmoease Dsr Capsule contains two active components:
• Esomeprazole (40 mg): Acts as a proton pump inhibitor by inhibiting the enzyme system H+/K+-ATPase in gastric parietal cells, leading to a reduction in gastric acid secretion, relieving acid reflux symptoms, and facilitating the healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers.
• Domperidone (30 mg): Acts as a dopamine antagonist, enhancing gastric motility by increasing the contractions of the stomach and bowel muscles, thereby facilitating the movement of food through the digestive tract. It also strengthens the lower oesophageal sphincter to prevent acid reflux.

The active ingredients, domperidone and esomeprazole, are known to pass into breast milk. Consult your doctor if you are breastfeeding.

Drug-Drug Interactions
