Fevanux Tablet is taken orally.

Fevanux Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Paracetamol (325 mg): Acts on the central nervous system to increase the pain threshold and reduce fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain and spinal cord.

• Diclofenac (50 mg): As an NSAID, it works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which alleviates pain and inflammation.

Drug-Drug Interactions

• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

• Anticoagulants: Enhance bleeding risk.

• Antiplatelets: Increases bleeding risk.

• Diuretics: May reduce the effectiveness of diuretics.

Drug-Disease Interactions

• Heart Disease: Use cautiously as it can increase blood pressure and fluid retention.

• Asthma: May cause bronchospasm or worsening of symptoms.

Daily Dosage

• Fevanux Tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor.

Missed Dose

• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double your dose.

Overdose

• Symptoms of an overdose may include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or dizziness. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

• Keep in a dry place, away from light and moisture.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Use before the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Incorporate Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet, found in fish and walnuts, to help reduce inflammation.

• Regular gentle exercise, such as yoga or stretching, can improve mobility and manage pain effectively.
