Fevanux Tablet is primarily used to manage a range of painful and inflammatory conditions. It belongs to the class of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Fevanux Tablet is prescribed for the below conditions:
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Osteoarthritis
• Ankylosing spondylitis
• Migraine headaches
• Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea)
• Postoperative pain
• Dental pain and inflammation
• Musculoskeletal pain and inflammation, such as back pain, sprains, and strains

The side effects of Fevanux Tablet may include:
• Nausea

Fevanux Tablet contains two active ingredients:
• Paracetamol (325 mg): Acts on the central nervous system to increase the pain threshold and reduce fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain and spinal cord.
• Diclofenac (50 mg): As an NSAID, it works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis, which alleviates pain and inflammation.
This medicine is contraindicated during pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of liver damage; it is advisable to limit intake.
This medicine is not recommended in patients with severe liver issues. Exercise caution if you have liver issues; consult your doctor before use.

May cause dizziness or fatigue; avoid operating heavy machinery if affected.
This medication is advised against use in those with an allergy to diclofenac or paracetamol.

Drug-Drug Interactions

Daily Dosage
• Fevanux Tablet should be taken as advised by your doctor.
Missed Dose
• If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double your dose.
Overdose
• Symptoms of an overdose may include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or dizziness. Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
• Keep in a dry place, away from light and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use before the expiry date printed on the pack.
• Incorporate Omega-3 fatty acids in your diet, found in fish and walnuts, to help reduce inflammation.
• Regular gentle exercise, such as yoga or stretching, can improve mobility and manage pain effectively.
